The aluminum-made Voltcon gratings are very light. They are used when weight is critical. They also have high corrosion resistance. In facades, sun protection or ceiling suspensions are estimated their attractive appearance. Aluminum gratings can also be used for flooring or stair treads. By floorings the constitution of substructure plays an important role. Our expert staff is available in this regard for the technical support. We have developed in-house designing and fabrication capabilities for manufacturing a wide range of aluminum alloy gratings, which is extremely suitable for light load working platform where excessive corrosive and saline environment exists.
Aluminium gratings are manufactured by a high-power pressing process in which all joints are made without welding. The finished panels can be cut to size at any point without impairing the strength and rigidity. Aluminium gratings are available in heights of 20,25,30 and 40 mm 3/4" , 1" , 13/16" ", and 1 9/16"".
The standard panel sizes are approx. 3000x1000 mm/9'9' x 3'3'" or approx. 6000 x 1000 mm/19'6"x3'3"
